Weekly Online Sits
Weekly online meditation sittings take place on Tuesdays from 07:45–08:30 (UK time) on Google Meet.
These online sittings are a simple way to continue the practice between retreats.
The practice is intentionally simple and lightly guided so that participants can spend more time directly experiencing meditation rather than continually following instructions or engaging with theory and conceptual overload, which can sometimes distract from the practice itself. This simple approach is intended to support the development of awareness and understanding through quiet practice, as this is how the benefits of meditation gradually develop over time.
The sittings are open to anyone who has attended one of our retreats in London.
Access is supported through a suggested monthly donation of £15, which helps cover the running costs of the sessions and supports the continuation of the charity’s work.
