Weekend Meditation Retreat with Jay & Emilie Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th of June | 10:00 - 16:00 Location: 2 Burgh Street, London, N1 8HF You're invited to join a mindfulness-based Meditation Weekend including an introduction to Vipassana meditation (level 1 for beginners and level 2 for those who have already completed a Vipassana retreat here) and other meditation techniques. Experience the transformative effects of meditating in a group. Come away with tools that you can use to improve concentration, memory, sleep, compassion and unhealthy habit patterns of the mind, while reducing stress, blood pressure, anxiety and pain. More than that, you will learn how to incorporate meditation into your daily life for sustainable healthy change. There will also be opportunities to ask questions and share reflections. Open to beginners to meditation & experienced practitioners. The retreat is non residential (you arrive in the morning and leave in the afternoon each day). Please wear comfortable clothes that will not distract anyone (and avoid wearing perfume/ aftershave as this can distract other participants) and bring a vegetarian lunch. Jay, a certified Yoga, Meditation and Pilates teacher, spent most of the last 20 years teaching and volunteering in meditation centres all over the world. He brought the techniques back here to London where he opened a Yoga, Pilates and Vipassana meditation centre with his wife Emilie. Emilie is the wellness manager responsible for the smooth running of the meditation retreats. She is also an accomplished yoga teacher. Ever since she met Jay on a retreat in France, yoga and meditation have become a way of life.

All circles, weekends and 5 day retreats are non transferable and non refundable.
